Yarn and chemicals are sourced from approved suppliers. Each batch is verified on arrival through documentation checks, ensuring controlled input materials so the final product consistently meets required standards.

Q2. In-line Quality Control

During weaving and coating, trained staff closely track key parameters tension, alignment, and coating uniformity and immediately correct any deviations to ensure the product maintains stable quality throughout production.

Q3. Laboratory Testing

Each batch undergoes laboratory evaluation as per customer's requirements, involving tests for tensile strength, color fastness, abrasion resistance, and finish durability, ensuring the final product meets the specified standards.

Q4. Final Inspection

Before dispatch, each roll is thoroughly inspected for surface defects, size accuracy, proper labeling, and alignment with customer specifications, ensuring the delivered product consistently adheres to the required quality standards.
